Most items are warranteed for 1 year or more for defects. Any defective product will be replaced and must be shipped to the following address (email us for an RA#):

Please include your full name, address, phone #, email address, description of the problem and the RA#.
No credit or refund will be given for a defective item, only replacement.
Returns on Non Defective items are allowed if purchased within the last 30 days. The following rules apply:
1) Item must be unopened, unused and include all original packaging material.
2) Item must be in resellable condition.
3) A 15% restocking fee will apply.
4) Shipping and handling are not refundable.
5) Refunds will be in the form of a gift certificate.
6) Prior authorization must be obtained or package will be refused.
